SoundZZZZZZZZ

Right then, the Electro Harmonix little big muff pi pedal.1978/9 fuzz box.
A touch of Morley wah and some Marshall gvnor or even standard gain pedal and my god what a great sound! I understand why these old EH pedals are sought after, great sound. The tone switch seems to go one from extreme to another and im unsure if its meant to be as dark as it gets.More Volume will help this out.

Its really great when you find a sound that really cuts thru, not just a fuzzy grey noise wall, but something that gets the point over even when mixed with some complex chords.

Okay, if you want to see something as incredible, watch these guys hold down a top fuel dragster with 8000 horsepower as a mechanic just opens the throttle a touch..you'll laugh.I have a great respect for the drivers who sit in such a machine which goes from 0 to 8000 horsepower in under 1 second..and keeps together;

okay, back to reality..
Playing around with some of the guitar parts, I'm getting a drill bit out to open up some holes in a telecaster body that was purchased from canada a while back.No idea what its from but its not fender in my opinion.I've stuck a rosewood (and as yet unfretted) neck from a strat onto the body and plan to route the body for a humbucker.To keep things simple I'll probably use a ready available telebucker bridge plate.I have an original dirty fingers which would do the job and to clean things up I may route a 78 Dimarzio SDS-1 into the neck.

Its now 20 days I've been waiting for the original Joe Barden tele bridge pup. I have 2 single strats in their original boxes waiting for the transplant into the 72.
The 1 meg audio pot has arrived as well as the vintage wire.undecided on the cap and if I'll tear apart the pot and modify it to a no-load pot.Either that or I'll put the SRV 0,22 cap in..
